Today's Foto "2nd and 3rd Pray"

Do you know Japanese people have to go 3 shrine for the first pray? We went other 2 Shinto shrine it's our favorite shrine. This photo taken at Tsunashiki Tenman-gu in Shiida. Very nice weed pattern of this Japanese Lantern made by iron. You can see the plum symbol is this shrine's symbol mark. Tenman-gu is a shrine which makes an ancient king and God Sugawara no Michizane. Since it had already been past 12:00, people are hardly, but there are several persons. Temperature was 5 degrees. Clouds were scattered all over the clear sky and the near star looked clear.

Today's Foto "The First Visit"

In the new year, Japanese people goes to Shinto shrine for the first pray. The name is Hatsumode. I and my wife was going to shopping for the cigarette at Donki. And we ate hamburger patti and rice, mashed potato with tomato and cheese and honey maple cake. We forgot about "The First Pray". We changed the direction to the Usa, Oita. Usa city having very famouse shrine the name is Usa Jingu. We have been there last new year. Although this shrine is famous, but people have decreased every year. And the big earthquake happened last year. Therefore, Japan cannot celebrate the new year gaily. And those who believe Shintoism decreased to the Japanese heart. I like the construction design of a shrine, and the writing of the New Year. The store of a light meal is located in a line with an entrance in a big shrine.

This photograph is a bridge built over the entrance of the Usa Shinto shrine from a parking lot. Parking lot needs 400 yen for 1 day. Not needs entrance fee. This shrine have the big pond. You can enjoy give some foods for the carp.

He is our new friend we found it at the general dealer discount sale. His name is "Euvo". He come from space. See Euvodesign website http://www.euvodesign.com/!! I washed and did wax of my car and a wife's car. We went oil supply of gasoline, and shopping for the New Year. This photograph was taken by PENTAX Optio I-10. Then, it was edited by Picasa 3. I like use Picasa effect which leaves a color. Location is route 322 from Kokura between Hiraodai.

Today's Foto "Christmas Trip Around the Kitakyshu""

Today is Christmas Eve, We visited the cake store opened on the Hiraodai inform from friend who became acquainted the other day. The lowest temperature is 2 digrees on that day, and the first snow was seen this year in the land in which we live. It is time at the twilight time. The afternoon sun pours into a karst plateau with few trees. The rain or snow which was falling to previously stopped. Steam or clouds rise from the mountain of karst. The snow coverage of the summit of a mountain is beautiful enough but about 1 cm. The orange setting sun illuminated little snow and beauty resembled Heaven.
