Block Copy: an American Diner's Lunch Menu

This is the lunch menu of an American diner which I operated. It finished in the style of a vintage with the title menu which uses the script font of the 1950s. A background emphasizes a high-class feeling in deep brown. The photograph of hamburger sandwiches is close photographed with a zoom lens. The both-sides side was irradiated with the stroboscope flash. Three cooking photographs on the back had a weak light. The logo design of beer was introduced last time. The client offered the menu, the explanatory note of cooking, and the dish. The price of the charge of photography is 1,000 yen per piece. It becomes 8,000 yen the charge of photography with eight photographs. The size of this menu is B4. The charge of design composition work changes to 10000 yen per one side in such volume. This charge is 28000 yen in the charge of block-copy creation, and photography cost. Separately, 3,000 yen was required of printing cost and lamination cost (six-set creation).

Aglio e Olio Using Homemade Olive

I made peperoncino using the olive fruit which gathered a harvest in the meantime. My wife spent olive fruit for three months, and removed bitter taste from it. My wife replaced water every day. And the bitter taste of olive fruit disappeared. The large garlic was minced and much olive fruit and olive oil were fed into the frying pan. The seed of olive fruit was removed. I boiled thick spaghetti with strong stickiness to al dente one. Some sausages and red pepper were added to sauce. As for seasoning, only salt and black pepper are. It was somewhat exciting for breakfast.

Home Made The Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I began to manufacture homemade extra virgin olive oil.
I put the olive fruit crushed last time into the net.
And the PET bottle cut in the half was made reverse like a photograph, and the crash olive was put in it.

"TSUTENKAKU" The Most Core Area in Osaka

We visited Osaka in last 13th February for live show of the Japanese comedian. Osaka having a lot of comedian. Almost comedian working at Yoshimoto production most famous in Japan. Osaka peoples thinking about "Laugh" every day. The entertainment about Japan's traditional laughter has various forms.

This is standard soup noodle name is KAKEUDON. If you order this KAKEUDON, stuff give you only noodle in the bowl. You have to fill the soup and spice yourself. We favolite this noodle. Sanuki udon noodle is hard bite like a pasta.
